• Reducing waste within our offices through a variety of measures:
• Always printing double sided unless specifically required as single sided;
• Always switching off electrical devices at the end of the working day or when not in use.
• Only printing what is necessary, at all other times documents to be viewed on screen or emailed.
• Re-using scrap paper
• Recycling all waste paper, toner cartridges, etc.
• Ensuring that all communications with clients are in plain English, or the language of their choice, and that they tell the truth without hiding information in small print.
• Being open and honest with our clients about what we services we are able to provide for them and answering the questions they have where within our capacity to do so.
• Communicating with our clients where there are problems and work with them to rectify the problem to everyone’s satisfaction.

• Where possible, using suppliers in our local areas to reduce environmental impact and support our local communities.
