Lillie is a caseworker specialising in Claims Against Public Authorities, Community Care, Discrimination and Public law. She has a particular interest in facilitating accessible justice, working with clients that live with disabilities and as such may experience discrimination in conjunction with other issues they are facing.

Lillie successfully settled a discrimination claim against the client’s former employer, which had allowed staff to perpetuate bullying and harassment of the client as a direct result of his disability and his caring responsibilities.

A client experienced an incident of racial discrimination against her and her family whilst using the services of a large hotel chain, furthermore the client had been revictimised when she tried to raise a complaint with hotel management. Lillie was able to negotiate a settlement on behalf of the client, and an apology for the hotel’s mishandling of her complaint.
