We also specialise in the Points Based System (PBS) and we can assist with all Tier 1 (post-study work, investor, entrepreneur, Tier 2 (general migrants Ministers of Religion Ministers of Religion etc.) and Tier 4 (students) applications.
With the benefit of our extensive experience in all the areas of the UK immigration and nationality law, we understand your needs and can guide you through the process with expert advice and assistance. If the issue has already escalated to an appeal, we will represent you in the Immigration Tribunals and guide you through the appeal process.
For urgent applications, we offer a special, same-day service. This means that we may, subject to your instructions, send one of our specialists to personally submit your application at the UKBA office, deal with the issues arising from your application and collect your documents on the same day.
